I was asked by a friend to make a diaper cake for her daughters baby shower. I typically add miscellaneous baby items (baby shampoo, butt paste, pacifiers, etc.) to the tiers of my diaper cakes. This one was so beautiful I didn't want to take away from its uniqueness by putting theses items on the outside. So I made the inside hollow and filled it with numerous items for baby and mommy too. Needless to say it was a huge hit at the baby shower.
